Ronk Family Maple Farm is a family-run maple operation on a 100-acre farm in Alum Creek, with about 25 acres tapped for syrup production.

During Mountain State Maple Days, they’re known for a classic, cozy lineup: tapping demonstrations, tours, and (the crowd favorite) a pancake + maple sausage breakfast.

They’re located at 725 Whispering Pines, Alum Creek, WV 25003, and they sell pure maple syrup plus a lineup of maple goodies (think maple mustard, maple BBQ sauce, maple cotton candy, and more).

Fun farm flex: visitors are encouraged to ask about their historic bottle of maple syrup dated 1859.
